Outstanding experience.  Best meal in Slovenia during our two week trip.  Food was well prepared, delicious.  Service was top notch.  The wine pairing was an exceptional value and very enjoyable. Faladur is a small jewel hidden away in the Vipava valley. We came across it while preparing a road trip from Trieste to Ljubljana, as it recently got a bib gourmand in the Michelin guide (only 3 months in after they re-opened!).

Faladur provides a gastronomic experience full of flavour and warmth. The impecable balance of ingredients, the attention-to-detail of the wine pairing, and the kindness of the staff makes of this restaurant an unmissable stop in Slovenia.

I was tempted of giving them 4/5 stars just because they are not closer to where I live!
