A lot of gyms in Stockholm, you go in you check in you do your workout you check out and that’s it. At Trime, it’s different, there’s a sense of community and a feeling that you actually worked out. The classes, from heavy slow paced Strength sessions to heart-raising high-intensity sweat pools, they are super fun and engaging, and the coaches are some of the best here in Stockholm that are guaranteed to make you feel the burn and have you coming back for more! Definitely recommend if you haven’t already, watch this space because Trime is the real deal and the next big thing 💫

I had a good experience at Trime. My trainer was Matilda and she was great. Very friendly and encouraging. Good vibes and people.

Got into the Empower her bootcamp and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! I feel so much more confident, strong and motivated to keep up this new lifestyle! The coaches are amazing, everyone is welcome and there is no better place to work out in ❤️ 100000% recommend!!!

Joining their morning bootcamp was probably the best decision I’ve made this year! ☺️ I was hesitant to join because I have not trained for months so naturally I was afraid that I could not handle it. And yes the classes are tough but literally anyone can join and adapt it to your own level and pace.

Pawel is an amazing coach and not only does he make sure that the classes are varying so that you never get bored but he also shares all of his knowledge to make sure that everyone in the class is doing their best, improving their technique and most importantly giving that extra push and motivation when you feel like giving up.

The studio and the atmosphere is awesome and people are great! It is like a small community that cheers for each other while trying to ‘survive’ the exhausting class. And no matter how tired you feel you are always left with a smile on your face afterwards. Don’t wait any longer and sign up!💪

Amazing experience! Very positive and friendly atmosphere at the EmpowerHer bootcamp. I already feel stronger after only one month. Would recommended to everyone trying to get into a workout routine and wanting to gain confidence :)
