Can’t say enough about our experience at the overlook lodge. Beautiful lodge, stunning views. You could stay there all day and enjoy the fireplace and views.
The place is large enough for a family of 6. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 king beds, 3 full baths.
Laundry is on another floor and operates with coins. You get ti have a one cleaning service per stay. The one down side is that coffee capsules are no where to be found in markets, and the hotel charges you for ordering them which I thought was a bit cheap for what is being paid.
All in all very nice and clean hotel/lodge.

It isn’t a ski-in ski-out resort, but the closest to the lifts with only a two minutes walk up the road.

What an incredible place. The rooms, the spa, the team, the food - everything is absolutely outstanding. Everything is of the highest quality. Staying in this hotel feels like staying in a stylish interior magazine. Thank you to the wonderful team!

Everything about our stay at CERVO was absolutely perfect! The service we received from booking until check-out was top-notch. The staff were so attentive and helpful throughout our stay, and helped us to make restaurant reservations and purchase tickets for various attractions in Zermatt. The location of the hotel is superb - easy access to the town centre via the lift while being high up in the mountains for peace and tranquility. We were able to see the Matterhorn from our room balcony and the restaurant as well! Loved the vibe and decor of the resort, and the rooms were so lush and cosy. The food at the restaurant had a bit of Middle-Eastern flair, which was right up our alley. They also had complimentary wellness yoga sessions, which was a great way to wind down after hiking in the mountains. To top it all off, the resort is very pet friendly! They prepared a mat, treats and dog bowls in the room for my pet, and she was allowed in all areas except the spa. They was a nature trail just behind the hotel so we could have our morning walks. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and experience! ☺️ Would definitely stay here if we come to Zermatt again.

Impecable and friendly service. The only caveat I would put on this place is the fact that it's very close to the end of the slops... so it's not a place to look for quiet and solace between the hours of 3 and 8  o'clock!!! Their bar and their front patio, is absolutely hopping... In a nice way, if you are looking for some fun.

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly amazing massage service with Anna and Alessandra in a yurt. We enjoyed the spa facilities which had a sauna, hot pool and cold plunge, which were all incredibly rejuvenating, we also had a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the superb service provided by Christian and Jana. Their attention to detail and dedication to making sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable time truly made the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend Cervo spa and its wonderful employees.
