We visited the shop on a Saturday afternoon after having previously visited the “It’s Bagels - Primrose Hill” branch. I ordered the sesame cc with dill and my girlfriend ordered the classic one with cc and dill. There was a huge queue of people waiting to get their orders and we had to wait 25 minutes outside in the cold for such an easy selection. My sesame bagel was 3/4 of the classic’s size. The amount of cc was significantly less than the one we had in Primrose Hill and although the classic one was fluffy and soft, the sesame one was extremely chewy and stiff giving the impression that it had been reheated multiple times. Overall, given the above alongside its price, £6.5 for such a simple combination, I would re-visit it.

Reviewing because I can't understand the negative reviews here! Tried It's Bagels today for the first time and was not disappointed.
Had the sausage, egg and cheese everything bagel with hot sauce and it hit the spot. Despite a medium sized queue they served us pretty quickly and were friendly. Will be back to try the Works bagel in summer.

Service was fast despite a long queue.
Unfortunately they got my order wrong and forgot the bacon but they have happily made me a new bagel and let me keep the wrong one as well so I ended up with 2 bagels for the price of one so I cannot complain!

Stopped in as I walked by the street a few weeks ago and noticed this shop was opening. I believe it’s their second location. It’s tiny but cute inside and very clean. They have a good selection of bagels and they were very fresh. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese, and a scallion. You can order bagels and cream cheese in tubs to take away.

These are genuine New York bagels! Reminds me of home.

The bagels are quite good, especially if you’re looking for an NYC-style fix (and the schmear is lovely as well)! However, this location, which is new to the area, does have some issues. The first time I went, I asked for a baker’s dozen (which is on their sign), and I started being rung up for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich instead! It took a couple of minutes of trying to explain what I actually wanted to get it all sorted. I can understand that maybe the person was new, but it was still a frustrating experience nonetheless. And when I went last week, I saw only one person—the barista—wearing gloves. Everyone else was handling the bagels and sandwiches with bare hands! That’s really unacceptable in any kind of food establishment, and it really turned me off, as I was seeing staff reach into their pockets and touch other things before and after touching the bagels. Finally, for some reason, my two orders of bagels were initially put into brown bags (as normal), but then they were all taken out of the brown bags and thrown into regular carrier bags. That’s definitely not how you handle food like that, and I had to ask for brown bags to then properly store my bagels. (Everything fit in the bags, so I truly don’t know why they were removed in the first place). I do like the food there and am hoping they can better educate their staff and definitely practice better hygiene!
