A Perfect Stay with Stunning Views – Highly Recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Tower Hotel, London, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right next to Tower Bridge, offering breathtaking views of one of London’s most iconic landmarks. Waking up to the sight of the Thames and the historic bridge was a highlight of my trip!

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering helpful recommendations for exploring the city. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I could need, including a super comfortable bed.

The on-site Vicinity Restaurant was a delight, with a great selection of food and drinks, all while enjoying stunning riverside views. The breakfast was particularly impressive—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to suit all tastes.

Overall, The Tower Hotel offers a perfect combination of luxury, convenience, and world-class service. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend staying here. I can’t wait to return!

My sister and I booked a 3 night stay with BA to celebrate our birthdays.  We booked.a twin room with bridge view.  We were certainly not disappointed.  We were on the 10th floor and the view was amazing ( we were lucky enough to see the bridge go up twice from our window).  We did think the room needed a bit of an update.  The furniture was tatty and the bathroom was quite sad (the overhead shower didn’t work so only the hand held shower head was available).  The beds were lovely and comfortable and we both got a good nights sleep.  We only had snack type food in the hotel so can’t comment on the restaurants but what we did eat was very good and reasonably priced.  The location was great for underground and was also an easy walk across the bridge.
We would highly recommend this hotel, in fact we have already been looking into a revisit.

We stayed at The Tower Hotel and had a great overall experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, and the view from our room was amazing. If you want to make your stay more romantic and special, I highly recommend booking a room with a Tower Bridge view—it truly adds to the experience.

One unique aspect of the hotel is that if you choose not to have your room cleaned, they reward you with a £7 voucher as an incentive for water conservation, which is a nice touch.

However, there were a couple of downsides. The room was quite cold, and the central heating didn’t seem sufficient. I reported this to the staff, but unfortunately, no solution was provided. Additionally, the shower gel was never replenished during our stay.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and friendly service, but there’s some room for improvement in terms of heating and housekeeping.

Location and view is unbeatable. Staff was great. Unfortunately, those are the only nice things about the hotel. Very drab and dated rooms. Dirty bathroom. The tub is set very high and would be hard for older folks or limited mobility to access. No outlets near the bed, let alone usb outlets. No fridge, no microwave. Half the channels on the tv were "unavailable" and the tv shuts off randomly. No premium channels. No washcloths. Door doesn't close all the way unless you slam it. Tiny single beds on wheels that move around during intimacy. Ordered room service and it was expensive and flavorless.  Wouldn't pay to stay here again.

Me and my partner stayed here in April I can’t complain at all! The staff were so kind and helpful. They put us in a room with a beautiful view of the bridge. They also gave us a bottle of champagne in the soon as we were celebrating our anniversary. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
