If you're staying for a single night, it will probably be good enough, otherwise bear this in mind. We stayed for 6 nights, which was way too long.
PROS:
* Very nice, polite and helpful staff
* An OK breakfast (if you're there for a short stay)

CONS:
* Rooms are small and after two days feel claustrophobic
* Floors in the room were not clean, our socks got dirty quickly from walking around - we had to ask for the floor to be cleaned
* Hot water in the shower unreliable, temperature depends on time of day and probably on other guests' water use - we had a room (suite) with a bath tub, didn't even try to fill it
* Bed has a weird waterproof mattress cover which makes you sweat at night, very uncomfortable
* A phone app controls everything - shades/light/door opening, which can be annoying - the last night of our stay lights just turned on randomly at 3am
* We were lucky with weather (not too hot) but there is no A/C and unless you have the window open it gets stuffy quickly. But when window is open, in comes the street noise. You can't really have quiet and fresh air at the same time.
* Your exit/entrance to hotel depends on front desk, you can't go in/out on your own
* Way too expensive taking into account all of the above

App controller is very Science Fiction. Very nice location, 2 my favorite restaurants are very close and a wonderful coffee shop is in front of the entrance. No AC is crazy. Too small room

I went with a friend to a Spa Day and the personnel was not up to the value they pretended to offer. Their lack of manners was notorious and the bathrobes were old.

Hotel is small but neat and great design. Lights, door, shades, music and TV are all managed through your phone which is nice and high tech but can be annoying at times, specially for the door. *NOTE* the hotel or rooms do NOT have A/C  only fans so if you’re trying to stay there during summer be prepared as it can get hideously hot!, I was not ready for that, however when I  brought this to the attention of the staff and requested another room with a window to better the airflow, they upgraded me to another room free of charge which I appreciate. Overall, nice and different, would recommend for a weekend to just give it a shot and experience something not as common.
