Rooms are a bit dated but nice and spacious. They are also fairly quiet. The hotel has a nice gym, spa and pool area. The executive lounge on the top floor is also very nice with good food options for breakfast and dinner. The location of the hotel is also unbeatable and it’s a decent price. My room was fairly clean but sometimes
Towels were not replaced and also my room wasn’t finished when I originally check in even though I was given the key. One of the reception ladies wasn’t very helpful and gave me the wrong bill for another person. Small issues though and overall good experience.

Great location for night walks and street food, in the middle of everything.  Customer service was superb!  Everyone, EVERY ONE, was helpful and welcoming.  Hotel was spotless.  Only 20 minutes from the airport without traffic.  Will definitely stay here again when we come back o the area.

Stayed here for a week as part of a work trip. There are various room types. Rooms are equipped with all required amenities. One of the things missing though was an electric kettle and they would give you hot water request.
The housekeeping was good though there were days when the water bottles weren't kept and I had to request the same. Housekeeping staff may not know English though the front desk and room service would speak English.
We had breakfast included and the variety is very good though limited vegetarian options. There is a live counter for eggs and you get omelette, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, tortilla, quesadilla with good options of toppings; cut fruits and fruit juices, various types of breads, and meats.
There is laundry service and you get it back the same day if given before noon. The location is quite convenient and near to many of the business offices. There are many eateries and convenient stores nearby as well as the hotel is located along the Reforma street.
The hotel also has a lounge facility accessible for an extra cost or you get free access for top end rooms.

Best location. Right next to the Angel statue and US Consulate. Walkable to various streets full of restaurants. Just cross the street to the south is the area where you have access to many Asian restaurants, groceries and every American fast food chain. Very convenient. On Sunday the whole street is blocked off and you can ride your bike or join the exercise/dancing groups. On top of that, staff are very nice and great service. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed in a comfortable room with a great view of the main road. Also enjoyed the beautiful decor of each lobby n lounge.
Our only regret is that there wasn’t any good breakfast items for the vegetarians. Boiled vegetables and salads is no good breakfast! Wish they add one good item each day for vegetarians. The bathrooms need exhausts and clothes hanger.
