Ryan was super welcoming and friendly when checking us in—a fantastic way to start our trip! The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and every interaction felt warm and genuine. Exceptional Stay at Parc 55 During GDC Week!

I stayed at Hilton Parc 55 for 7 nights while attending the GDC conference, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I checked in to the day I left, the entire staff—from housekeeping to the front desk—was warm, welcoming, and professional.

A special shoutout to Carlton at the front desk—his incredible customer service truly stood out. He was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. Honestly, his service alone would bring me back to this hotel on my next visit to San Francisco.

I also want to recognize Melonaiq (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name) at the Cable 55 restaurant. She was a fantastic host—always smiling and incredibly kind. She made every breakfast a pleasant and cheerful experience.

The hotel itself is well-maintained and very comfortable. While the area around the hotel is just okay, it felt safe, and the location was convenient for getting around the city.

Thank you to the entire Parc 55 team for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning!

From the moment we arrived at the Parc 55, we were met with unparalleled hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with Ryan M. going out of his way to make us feel welcome. He treated my wife and I, like family. Overall, our experience at Parc 55 was beyond expectations. Ryan demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and professionalism, yet also managed to make the experience personal and friendly. It's rare to encounter someone who truly cares about providing great service, and Ryan exceeded all our expectations.

Thank you again Ryan, my family will be lodging here again because of our experience and wholesome conversations with you.

I can’t boast enough about how lovely Carlton was during our stay.  It is so nice to see old-fashioned good service Is alive at Parc 55. The city is coming back, and Carlton is definitely helping to fuel the excitement and energy of the city, He made us feel very welcome and very comfortable, we had many questions of a variety and he had answers for us and limitless patience thank you Carlton!

I am very impressed with the staff at the breakfast buffet. They’re very accommodating like Melonna, she has explained to us on what to expect from the buffet and answered our queries. But Carlos has made us very comfortable, like we’re just having breakfast at home but with excellent service. He always make us feel good and happy while having our meal. Awesome service, Carlos!
