From the only three days and two nights my family and I was staying here it was nothing but a poor experience and I most likely won't return. The first day, we got in the hotel and our room wasn't even ready for us, my mother and two siblings separate room smelled terrible. Now me and my grandmas room the bathroom wasn't even clean. There was hardly any shampoo or conditioner in the bottles. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom for the shower. The doorframe had a suspicious looking blob on it. The day we got to the hotel I felt perfectly fine. The next day I came down with a cold or something. And I'm convinced it's from the hotel. As a person from out of state visiting for spring break the hotel was my least favorite place. From now on I'm staying in the country back at my state. Hotel please do better. I didn't enjoy this. But what I did like was the view (to a point).

The location is unbeatable—just steps away from world-class shopping, dining, and iconic landmarks. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site facilities, including the fitness center and dining options, were top-notch. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel offers an ideal combination of convenience, comfort, and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff, beautiful room and excellence service. I’m fond of courtyards and the level of service was outstanding. We stayed on the 23rd floor and it had a nice city view + mini lake view which was sweet. Valet was always outside too ready to help even in the cold! I felt a little bad 😭, but they were so kind. Shout out to the night audit for the upgrade & the director of rooms for assuring our room was serviced during our short stay & for always answering our questions immediately. See you guys in Feb & April ☺️!

My family checked into the hotel around 8pm on 3/9/25. The guy who checked us in was kind and professional. The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable and soft. They even have a guest laundry room to do your laundry which is awesome. The hotel was mostly clean. My first complaint is that there is an exposed heater in the pool near the stairs that could cause harm if someone made contact with it, my son also cut his foot while swimming in the pool somehow. The pool was out of towels also and it's cold when you get out. But they brought us towels eventually after "they were don't dealing with an altercation in the lobby". The tub had trouble draining in the room I was in. We were under the impression that we would be able to use the parking garage with in and out privelages until 5pm the day of checkout even though checkout was noon. But we were charged twice for the parking garage. The pool was really warm and wasn't too over occupied so that was a plus. Also, I'm not sure if it was a mistake but we were charged $14 and some change for a Gatorade and a tiny bottle of toothpaste. That just doesnt seem like it can be right.

We stayed at Courtyard for a short weekend away. The hotels location was perfect and the room was very clean. But the service is what made our stay extra special. Everyone was so incredibly nice and anything we needed was handled with kindness and promptness. Would definitely stay here again.
