We appreciated our stay. Every employee was helpful and nice. The room was CLEAN. Valet parking was $75 a night in addition to room. There is an extra $25 night charge on top of your room rate but it includes a few drinks. Breakfast was better than expected for Continental. Location was perfect. Five stars not given because they did have construction. Our room faced an alley and you could hear garbage trucks constantly and breaking glass. Bottom line I highly recommend. Thanks to all employees who made our stay better.

Excellent location for what we needed. Easy in and out walking in the city.
Kind and friendly staff; breakfast and happy hour were nice.
Clean and quiet rooms, they kept up with the weather-salt and water in the front area.
Fitness Center was perfect-water and towels provided.
We arrived very early via the train just wanting to drop our bags; however, they got us in a room quickly.
Check out was quick.
Thank you for a lovely stay.
Would love to come back and stay for the marathon.

To be fair the time I stayed half the hotel was under renovations. However, there was only one elevator for all guests. There were literal lines to get on. The stairs you can only go down. No early check in available at all. The number for the room service went to a random person who answered our text and call, but the service desk also answered. It was very weird and concerning. There is no room service because at night it is one worker and a security guard. The "happy hour" had nothing good to drink. We didn't even attempt the breakfast because of the elevator issue. There is no seating in the lobby to wait on a room we were placed next to the check in desk like children at the front of the class. There was a really nice gentleman Fernando I believe who took our bags. He was very willing to help and treated everyone like they were his personal friend. He did a great job. The hotel was very clean and the room was great, although it would have been nice to have a microwave. The location couldn't be better. Easy walking to literally everywhere. I feel like it should have been discounted for all the inconveniences due to their construction.

Perfect location in downtown, good size neat and clean rooms with the provision of TV and small fridge. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was included, they have happy hour in the evening. All attractions are within walking distance so there is no need for a car. For a corporate booking sometimes parking is included (please double check with the hotel) otherwise valet parking is really expensive. It is a pet friendly place.

Honestly, worst hotel experience I’ve stayed in Chicago. I usually come in for a weekend of fun with friends and was excited to stay at Kinzie. We booked two rooms right next to each other… Looks amazing online, upgraded to the “city view”… Hotel is completely under construction, definitely not what it looks like online, construction going on outside, 7am drilling going on outside that would wake the dead, ON A SATURDAY!!! Literally nothing relaxing about our stay at Kinzie… Will never book here again.
