We had an incredible time here, we went there 3 times in 8 days. The food was beyond delicous (not to forget the homemade hot sauce), the service was fast and super welcoming and the music was well-chosen. High five for Aliyah, you made our trip better by being so kind and helpful 🌸

Good Thanks is an absolute gem on Orchard Street, blending laid-back vibes with delicious, wholesome food. I stopped by for brunch and was impressed with every bite. All the dishes were very hardy but healthy and reasonably priced for the area. We went on a Saturday and the wait was about an hour but there are plenty of shops and places around to put your name down and explore the area for awhile.

The chickpea curry was a standout—perfectly spiced and hearty, with flavors that balanced warmth and freshness. The bread is delicious and adding avocado to it was the right call; as it was more than enough food to split between me and a friend.

The blue smoothie bowl was as beautiful as it was refreshing. Packed with vibrant fruits and topped with crunchy granola, it was executed well.

To drink, I had a matcha latte, which was smooth, earthy, and not overly sweet—just how I like it.

The service was friendly, the portions generous, and the atmosphere cozy yet chic. Whether you’re looking for a chill brunch spot with your girlfriends, or just a quick spot to get a hearty meal Good Thanks delivers on all fronts. I’ll definitely be back!

Wait on a busy day was 35 min, but the stores nearby are perfect to pass the time. Super delicious coffee and unique menu. Got the curry scramble and dirty chai, and the whitefish toast with a latte.

10/5 Stars. This place is amazing. Breakfast sandwich was top notch and the Harissa eggs might be the best breakfast dish ive ever tasted. Coffee and Tea were both high quality and delicious! Service was prompt and friendly, I genuinely can't recommend this place highly enough.

Came here on a public holiday for brunch and we had to wait more than an hour for a table - that’s within norms for NY but it was annoying to come back and realize that we still had to wait an additional 20 minutes because the staff didn’t know how to clear out people that were just sitting at their tables post-bill. The team could definitely be more efficient with their table turnovers. Banana bread here is divine though, and the sandwich with the soft scramble is the must order.
