The venue is newly renovated,  the music and vibe was great. My friends had a lot of fun. From the door to the table, we had the best experience. Our waitress was the best but a few other waitresses also stopped by to check on us.

For people complaining about $18 drinks, that’s standard for ANY NYC nightclubs/bar. You should probably stay home.

This place is the worst club in New York. They make people wait outside in the freezing cold for an hour. Their staff at the door and inside the club are rude, disrespectful, and unorganized. This terrible treatment is given not only to the customers of the club, but to the people who work for them as well. I personally know promoters and DJs that they have stole from and never paid. I know countless people who have had awful experiences with Red Rabbit and have never heard anybody say that they had a good experience here. I urge any person who is thinking of going here to reconsider because I can guarantee that you will be treated better at any other club and also have a better time. 0 out of 5 stars. A negative rating would be even more appropriate for this disgrace of a club.

Was here with the promotor Mike when it was the Gilded Lily and the club was smelly, outdated, and the servers were absent. They redid the space and call it Red Rabbit but it seems that is still ran by the same scamming, misogynistic owner and wack promotors. My friends and I were told to purchase tickets for $23 each to see a show by the promotor Mike and if we did so, he would get us a table at the club. We were here before with the same promotor when it was the Gilded Lily and the place was all around horrible but since the club was renovated and it was my friend's birthday, we purchased tickets. The promotor called us in a panic saying we had to get to TAO right away in order to get in. We quickly jumped out of the Uber to meet Mike at TAO (we thought it was very weird that we couldn't just meet at the club). Once we got to the front of the line at the club, the owner instantly told the promotor Mike and his partner that they couldn't come in. How does a promotor who works for the club get rejected from the club he works at? The club owner continued to shut people up, yelling at my friend and other women on the line when they expressed concerns that they purchased tickets and weren't allowed in the club, regardless of being with a promotor or not. This club is stealing money from innocent people and ruining people's night's all across NYC. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Over all bad experience when I went here, waited so long to even get into the club! When we got inside it was just overcrowded, not a nice environment, so hot and sweaty in there, literally no fresh air at all in the club, and this was early during the night.. staff was so rude, I went close to the photo booth thing to wait for my friends and then I get screamed at from a lady that I have to move (so aggressively), I said I was sorry and then she keep screaming at me (for no reason at all), that when I had enough and left. Lasted about 30 minutes in there maybe, probably waited in line for longer. Definitely not going back. Ohh and to finish this, they don’t pay their promoters either! Bye red rabbit, bye!

Best spot in NYC! The vibe in the room was awesome.. everything from the music to the dancers and even a personalized magic show at my table was great! Waitresses went above and beyond to provide exceptional service! Would recommend this place to anyone:)
