Fantastic experience with Alex and team. My boiler went bad on one of the coldest days last week and Alex and his team came to assess the situation very quickly and scheduled installation. Extremely clean work and you can tell they’re very knowledgeable. I’m a novice homeowner and Alex spent time explaining some DIY tips to me for the future. Proper customer care is hard to find and Alex and his team definitely delivered. Fair prices and excellent work. Will definitely be using them again.

I am so pleased with their work. E.J came out late the 1st night and helped me get some heat, they ensured I had heaters at the house until sall the work could get done. He walked me step by step through everything he had to do, the work was very extensive but it was reasonably priced and didn't take a lot of time. They really cared about my family having heat in this brutal winter. I'm very happy with them. Thank you guys. Will definitely use them again.

Alex and Ralph were excellent! Our water heater leaked and flooded the basement. They were here within 2 hours and they replaced the heater, offered great advice about maintenance, and even helped clean up the mess the flood had left. They were friendly and professional. We're definitely going with Best and Fast for any plumbing issues from now on.
