To celebrate a birthday of my husband we booked in advance the tea room for 26 adults !
We were very disappointed with what we remembered a few years ago of the service that the dar call the English Tea party !
The service was terrible , at 3 o’clock without announcing anything they put on a sideboard , 3 tea pots . No one knew if you had help yourself or somebody was coming to serve you . Some saw the tea pots and went to help themselves ; what was the tea pots was water for tea but cold , Coffee also cold and Hot chocolate , that was also cold …,,The service was poor because there was One waiter for our event who had also to take care of the guests that were seated on the other tables who were not our guests ….! It was a mess!!!! At the end of the two hours that was supposed to last the party the started serving the English pastry , that was the only thing that reminded us of the English Tea that they used to serve 25 years ago ! And they brought the sweets just when the people were leaving ……..What a disappointment for us and for the guests !!
