We stayed here for 4 nights in 2 rooms. The location of the hotel is fantastic and so are the spacious, clean rooms. Service was excellent and the best and most friendly service was provided by Regina and Rina. What treasures they are! The only downside for me was that my room smelled of smoke every night (not sure why), maybe from the casino downstairs or so. Thank you to the team, also the fantastic housekeepers!

Great hotel to stay in Tirana. The hotel has a great location, close to main tourist attractions. The entrance is on the backside of the main road, which seems odd at first but makes sense as you explore Tirana. The city has many small roads and alleys leading to larger streets.

Our room was spacious but looked outdated. We booked a queen room, expecting a queen-sized mattress, but found two smaller mattresses pushed together with noticeable connecting points, which was somewhat uncomfortable.

The shower worked well and maintained a consistent temperature.

The breakfast was truly excellent, a major selling point. If you're a breakfast enthusiast and torn between hotels, choose this one. It's worth it.

The staff was incredibly friendly, deserving of a 5-star rating on its own. From the kitchen to the front desk, everyone seemed genuinely happy. I loved the atmosphere.

When we left, the doorman kindly assisted us with our luggage, which we appreciated.

However, the hotel is a bit overpriced for what it offers, in my opinion. It should be 10-20% cheaper. I recommend booking directly with the hotel for better rates, as Priceline, Booking, and Expedia charge more.

Overall, I recommend this place if you enjoy a good breakfast. If not, you might find cheaper options elsewhere.
