Nestled away in the hills of Valldemossa, this is a hidden gem. Amazing infinity pool with endless views of greenery. A total of ten rooms, although according to hotel staff, they try to have a maximum of five rooms booked at a time, to keep the hotel feeling intimate. Staff leave for the day around 4PM, and after that you have the hotel to yourselves. Enjoy some organic kombucha or wine from their honesty bar and lay down by the pool before dinner in town. The town of Valldemossa is a 15 minute walk from the hotel (quite hilly, so be sure to have a car if you have trouble walking).
