Auf der hübschen Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf weidende Bisons und Rotwild speist es sich ganz vortrefflich. Francesco gibt im Service alles, um uns als Gäste einen wunderbaren Abend zu bereiten. Das Menü ist stimmig, ausgewogen und das Wichtigste dabei, sehr schmackhaft! Bei nur 5 Tischen sollte man auf jeden Fall reservieren. Die Weinkarte ist mit viel Sorgfalt zusammengestellt und trinkfreudig kalkuliert. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

You can eat excellently on the pretty terrace with a direct view of grazing bison and deer. Francesco does everything in his service to ensure that we as guests have a wonderful evening. The menu is harmonious, balanced and, most importantly, very tasty! If there are only 5 tables, you should definitely make a reservation. The wine list has been put together with great care and is calculated to be easy to drink. We'll definitely be back!

Ganz ausgezeichnete Küche, definitiv ein Anwärter auf mindestens einen Michelin-Stern zukünftig. Es ist lediglich ein kleiner, sehr schön gestalteter Raum, in dem man hier zu Abend isst, der maximal 2 Tischen oder einem größeren Tisch Platz bietet.

Insofern würde ich empfehlen, hier relativ bald hinzugehen, bevor es auf Monate ausgebucht ist. Das Menü für etwa 100€ pro Person und zusätzlich für einen ähnlichen Preis die Weinbegleitung bedeutet zwar sehr hohe Kosten, die aber zu einem besonderen Anlass durchaus gerechtfertigt sind.

Wir hatten hier in der Vorreservierung auch ein vegetarisches Menü gebucht - da das leider untergegangen war, hat man uns ein sehr gutes Angebot gemacht. Alle Gerichte, die dennoch zuzubereiten waren, wurden serviert, andernfalls das nicht-vegetarische Gericht ohne Fleisch. Und für das uns entgangene Menü erhielten wir einen Gutschein. Extrem gut gelöst!

Absolutely excellent cuisine, definitely a contender for at least one Michelin star in the future. It is just a small, beautifully designed room in which you eat dinner, which can accommodate a maximum of 2 tables or one larger table.

In this respect, I would recommend going here relatively soon before it is fully booked for months. The menu for around €100 per person and the wine accompaniment for a similar price are very high costs, but are definitely justified for a special occasion.

We had also booked a vegetarian menu in our advance reservation - since that was unfortunately lost, we were given a very good offer. All dishes that still had to be prepared were served, otherwise the non-vegetarian dish without meat. And we received a voucher for the menu we missed. Extremely well solved!

Das Essen war richtig gut. Das Ambiente wunderschön. ( Übrigens ein riesen Pluspunkt für die echten kleinen Sträuschchen auf den Tischen )
Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich, besonderes Dankeschön an die Kellnerin aus Kazan :)

Ausgesprochen interessantes und feines Essen. Sehr sympathisch der Kellner, der Koch und der Barmixer. Wir haben sehr lecker und reichlich gegessen, jeder Gang für sich raffiniert (auch die interessanten Amuse Bouche) und wurden den ganzen Abend aufmerksam und entspannt, auch bei den Getränken, begleitet. Weiter so, wir kommen wieder!

Extremely interesting and delicious food. The waiter, the cook and the bartender were very personable. We ate very tasty and plentiful food, each course was sophisticated in itself (including the interesting amuse bouche) and we were accompanied attentively and relaxed throughout the evening, including with the drinks. Keep it up, we'll be back!
