Ein absolutes Highlight der Sterne-Gastronomie. Neben dem hier bereits vielfach erwähnten, überzeugenden Konzept waren es für uns vorallem die Tiefe und die Reinheit der Geschmackserlebnisse, die uns von einem gut gelaunten, humorvollen Team zubereitet und serviert wurden. Wir waren uns anschließend im Auto sofort über zwei Dinge einig: 1. Dieses Restaurant ist in seiner Art wohl einmalig und 2. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder her (trotz 2 Stunden Anfahrt)

An absolute highlight of star gastronomy. In addition to the convincing concept that has already been mentioned here many times, what was most important to us was the depth and purity of the taste experiences that were prepared and served to us by a good-humoured, humorous team. Afterwards, we immediately agreed on two things in the car: 1. This restaurant is probably unique of its kind and 2. We would love to come here again (despite it being a 2-hour drive away)
