We stayed at the hotel and ate on several occassions in this restaurant. Here is what I think:

- high quality food - you feel the fresh and high quality ingredients
- flavorful - The dishes were full of flavor and well balanced. Loved the home baked sourdough bread with butter and the amuse-bouche. As well as the small sweets at the end.
- service was top notch. Very friendly and attentive. Water is filled up. The plates are cleared immediately and the table is cleared between courses.
- Atmosphere is outstanding!

We loved everything and recommend this restaurant 100%!
