E’ il posto dove ho mangiato meglio in assoluto. Abbiamo preso il menù a mano libera della chef. Che dire. Una delizia dopo l’altra. La location è curata nei mini particolari. L’atmosfera accogliente e molto tranquilla. Il personale super. La portate molto veloci. Bagno profumatissimo. Applauso finale di tutta la sala alla chef meritatissimo

Localino nella campagna di San Clemente. Pochissimi tavoli e poca scelta anche nel menù. 3 antipasti, 3 primi e 3 secondi. Se fai solo 9 piatti dovresti farli, a mio parere, almeno diversi tra loro. Qui invece si utilizza molto l'uovo che però non a tutti piace. La pasta era buona e con una porzione anche molto generosa ma era anche abbastanza pesante. La tagliata l'avevo chiesta cottura media mentre mi è stata portata quasi più al sangue. In questo caso ho sbagliato io a non richiamare l'attenzione del cameriere per chiedere di cuocermela ancora un po'però credo che se si fa una richiesta in fase di prenotazione quando si chiede la cottura, bisognerebbe attenersi quanto più possibile alla richiesta. L'altro secondo invece è stato sicuramente il piatto più riuscito. La carta dei vini è davvero modesta; consiglio di aggiungere qualche etichetta in più. Un plauso al ragazzo che ci ha servito che è stato molto gentile e si vede che ha molta passione per il lavoro che fa. Prezzo molto sopra la media.

Small place in the San Clemente countryside. Very few tables and little choice even on the menu. 3 starters, 3 first courses and 3 second courses. If you only make 9 dishes you should make them, in my opinion, at least different from each other. Here, however, eggs are used a lot, but not everyone likes them. The pasta was good and with a very generous portion but it was also quite heavy. I had asked for the cut to be medium rare but it was almost rare. In this case I made the mistake of not calling the waiter's attention to ask him to cook it a little longer, but I believe that if you make a request during the booking phase when you ask for it to be cooked, you should stick to the request as much as possible. The other second course was certainly the most successful dish. The wine list is really modest; I recommend adding a few more labels. A round of applause to the boy who served us who was very kind and you can see that he has a lot of passion for the work he does. Price much above average.

Ristorante a conduzione famigliare accogliente e curato dove sia in sala che in cucina si percepisce la passione e l'amore x il proprio lavoro.  Ottime tutte le portate, sapientemente abbinate a vini di qualità che ne esaltano struttura e qualità delle materie prime. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.
