Best 'Vercellese' food experience in the area,  an extraordinary mix of flavors and traditions, well explained by the members of the staff. I really enjoyed a variety of local authentic dishes. Just book a table and let them suggest the best choices for you... Loved everything!

What a fabulous time we had at Bislakko. We wanted to try risotto on a Thursday evening and we left there having had a marvellous experience thanks to Miriam. Miriam is great, not only she was very knowledgeable about food and wine but also she was kind and welcoming. She paired the food we were having with a magnificent white wine and recommended us to try some typical products from Piedmont.
If you are around Vercelli and have a chance to go there, please do! Hopefully you won't be disappointed.

Super experience of chocolate mixed with other ingredients, a must-do if you are passing by the sorroundings. Appetizer of Rosso di Mazara with white chocolate and Risotto with chocolate are worth a Michelin star!

So there are some great dishes, like the risotto, the pata negra and the pulpo. Some of them are dull, like the tartare and the amuse. The wine pairing was spot on. Skip the chocolate dishes, nice experiment but not really tasty. The staff is great and the chef showed us the kitchen. It is really nice to be able to roll in your bed right after dinner. We all decided that this is not a place we will return to.
