We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are newly renovated in a modern and cosy style. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The garden and pool of the hotel are very pleasant and quiet, well integrated into the landscape. In the afternoon we were able to see fawns walking around the grounds. The children loved it.

Both breakfast and dinner were of great quality and the service was very attentive.

The private beach club is a super plus! Very relaxing and exclusive, a good place to relax, especially in August when the other beaches are packed.

We will definitely come back!

The rooms are nice and renovated with good materials. Also the restaurant has been well renovated. All the rest is below par.
Service is pretty low. Personnel tries to be nice but is clear that a lot of them is not prepared for the level of service of a 4* resort, and I am not blaming them, it’s on the property.  We asked for the van to get to the beach, the driver arrived didn’t even greet us with a good morning, didn’t open the door and not even closed it, drove like he was on a sports car.
The beach club is a joke: €60 per day for something that looks more like a river than a Sardinian beach; beach restaurant is low quality and incredibly expensive (I paid less at a Nikki Beach with twice the quality and the service!!). It makes you feel like these guys never tried a real top tier beach and are just applying high end prices!! I felt like I was being ripped off!!

The WiFi is so slow and frequently unavailable, that the phone often switches to data!!!! Unacceptable in 2024!!!

Dinner is below average, personnel is willing to help but it is clear they are temp workers and do not have any high level training. Breakfast, again is below average it looked like an average 3* star breakfast hotel.

Pool is ok, although if you look carefully it needed care. The golf club has a separate review

Overall it is an overrated and highly overpriced place.

Our experience at this resort was disappointing. The landscaping is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, but there were several issues. For those wanting to go to the beach, there’s an extra charge, which is not mentioned anywhere. The staff were not very friendly, and the reception employees had noticeable attitude problems. Overall, it did not meet our expectations for a relaxing holiday.

I came to visit my cousin for a couple of hours, but the reception staff did not allow me to stay with her even in the lobby. They demanded that I pay for a room for the night just to have a decent conversation in a common area with guests of the hotel, otherwise, they threatened to call the police.

Notably, the receptionist was extremely quick to anger, very poorly mannered, and did not allow me to finish my sentences before yelling at me within less than two minutes. It's astonishing to encounter such individuals with attitude and understanding issues in the hospitality industry. It's likely that this hotel pays very low wages, which deters competent people from working here.
