Nice place for relaxed rooftop drink for sunset or before dinner, which is part of the Eurostars hotel.  We went in august at 8:30pm and it was not too busy so we could choose a table.  Staff were welcoming and friendly. Drinks were made well. Views of Santa Barbara castle and San Anton neighborhood plus nearby plaza.

Only popped up to the rooftop bar for drinks.
Lovely setting, cool breeze and vibe on a warm day. Drinks were excellent and not overpriced.
