Nice place for relaxed rooftop drink for sunset or before dinner, which is part of the Eurostars hotel.  We went in august at 8:30pm and it was not too busy so we could choose a table.  Staff were welcoming and friendly. Drinks were made well. Views of Santa Barbara castle and San Anton neighborhood plus nearby plaza.

Only popped up to the rooftop bar for drinks.
