An old cinema converted into a large pizza parlour. Started with drinks on the rooftop terrace, very nice.
Then we went down in the restaurant for our reserved table. All of us had differnt pizzas. Good, but not fantastic. Very friendly and efficient staff. Quite noisy, but this was on a saturday evening.
If you like «deg», or a dough in english, which is swedish slang for a one man pizza, this is the place. You can even get the iconic swedish cabbage pizza-salat that is unique to Sweden.

Location is great, it allows dog, pizzas are tasty, beers are cheap, servers are always amazing and friendly. Only reason I add 3 starts is that I am always wondering : Why does the entrance host are most of the time so rude and obnoxious? Otherwise it deserve definitely a 4,5 stars.

The largest pizzeria in the world! Whether that makes for good pizza or not is a different question, but Moreno Pizza is an alright experience. The architecture and vibe have a lovely 60s flair, paired with Italian-American details from the 1930s. As a vegan there is one pizza to choose from, a marinara with olives, tomatoes, artichokes and rucola at 155 SEK. Fair price, and the pizza is alright, but it is ‘just’ your Swedish style of pizza. Crispy dough, but decent sauce. Nothing too impressive, but does the job. As for the place itself: it clearly is intended for a younger crowd (early 20s). Cheap beer, affordable pizza and plenty of space. It’s loud, it’s busy and as a mid-30s person you feel out of place fast.

All in all an alright place, but there are plenty of better selections for pizza and drinks in Gothenburg. Moreno Pizza does work as a simple meet and snack place though, as you will usually get a place and they serve fast.

Absolutely loved the location and architecture and i was surprised how fast we were served even if the place was crowded. Loved the pizza, true it cooled down fast but i didn't mind that. The terrace "beer garden" is lovely, just went to check out the surroundings. Probably would go again when in Göteborg.

One of the most memorable pizzerias I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. It is housed in an old retro movie theater. Coming here is an experience in itself. Loved it! You could spend your entire night out here. Great (party) atmosphere. Good (loud) music (90s hip hop). Very good service.
