Absolutely loved this place. There is only limited place. A room that can sit 4 to 8 people.  There are a few seats in the counter, and a table for 2. Decorations are simple but brilliant.

The sake pairing with food is amazing. There is a lot of thoughts put into the menu. The presentation is brilliant.

The price is on the expensive side but worth every penny.

Seasonal menu and every dish is delicious and perfectly paired with different glasses of sake. The chef is very attentive and clearly explain every dish. Really love the abalone risotto, grilled and fried Ayu, and uni congee.

Great sake and food pairing experience. Different from typical omakase as it focused on different way of cooking and not raw fish and rice. Service is very on point. One star off is it closes sharply at around 10 and not much of communication with chef. Spending around HKD 2,500 pp.
