Very good Chinese restaurant with traditional Cantonese designs. Also they provide a set menu for guests. And Gavin & Chloe are soooo nice that having very comprehensive introduction of all cuisines for us. All the services were good here. Also all the dishes we ordered were delicious. Very nice place for your gathering with friends and family

Food and service here is excellent. Join their signature dining plan and the price will be even better. Loved their peking duck which you have to order in advance. Great tasting pear stuffed with beef brisket, ying yang prawns, black glutenous rice. Can't wait to taste their other dishes.

very average food, I landed here by mistake, due to mis-information on youtube, should have known better, right, well, you live and learn.  I meant to go to another dim sum restaurant, which was an actual Michelin 2 star.  In any case, I tried to make the best of it, Like I mentioned, the dim sum was average, priced high, won't probably waste money here again.

We celebrated my dad’s 80th and also yestersay his 90th birthday here. Food presentation and quality are superb. Service are impressively excellent. Thank you Stella for your patience in handling my booking and menu changes. Thank you Hoi for your professional and attentive service. Everything is perfect. Thank you!

This is an exquisite Chinese restaurant serving food with a craft and original taste.   The Cantonese restaurant basically designed a lot of special dishes which can only be cooked by skilful cooks with exceptional impressive presentation too.  Super rare dish liked marinated water melon, a blend between savoury and sweet, interesting, should try.  the braised beef inside pear was hard to cook but beef was very tender but the pear probably given the favour to beef, became plain.  Taste wise, would expect more.  Same for the winter melon and marinated vegetable inside, it definitely was a photo moment but the taste is very light.  This is probably where the original taste came from but would be tiny bit better if it is seasoned a bit.  The chinese style meatloaf was quite heavy a dish with an salted egg yolk inside, would be better if they can be served half as an option. The hotpot rice is a must have, scrumptious.  Staff are super helpful after all it is inside a hotel. Overall, it is really a great restaurant to capture art of Cantonese cooking.  It is relatively pricy restaurant but bearable. Expect a t bit more though.  Still, not a bad choice  to experience.
