We had a wonderful stay. Location is ideal. Easy to get anywhere and plenty of options that are walking distance. The service at the hotel is as you would expect, 5 star, very responsive. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Nice assortment of local, Asia and Western cuisine. The club lounge has great views and their evening cocktail session runs every evening and the wine and cocktail selection is reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

Five star service, hygiene and cleanliness standard like no other ( it was excellent). Amazing staff, very helpful and soft spoken! Just enjoyed being there, I was so well taken care of. The amenities and small gestures of skin care and chocolate boxes kept in room was just icing on the cake. It’s one of the best Westin I have stayed at! Thanks to the wonderful team.
What’s amazing is the place where it  is located, it’s an upmarket place and lots and lots to do in nearby areas!!

The hotel is very beautiful. Service and surprises were just okay. Nothing exceptional. Simple requests like microwave were rejected. Front desk was always occupied. Restaurants were good. Welcome process was underwhelming (gold member). Large and beautiful rooms.

I go here a few times a month for work and love it!  The Westin Tokyo eminates luxury and elegance. The rooms have big windows with beautiful views. There is a rooftop bar specializing in classic drinks like Manhattan's. The staff is wonderful. I left a ring in my room and it was found and returned to me.
