Thanks to French Restaurant Week, we had the pleasure of discovering this hidden gem. Chef Hayata manages everything, from the kitchen to service, entirely on his own. Despite this, there’s no compromise in taste, presentation, or hospitality. The dishes are exquisitely refined, with all ingredients thoughtfully sourced from seasonal selections. The standout for me was the white flower made from turnip and squid—a perfect harmony of flavor and presentation. The koi and venison dishes were equally impressive. I’ll definitely be returning for the next seasonal menu.

初めて伺いました。

賑やかなお店も好きですが、今回は静かに食事がしたいと思い、このお店を選びました。

テーブル２卓がマックスのワンオペのフレンチです。

この日は貸切状態だったので、
ゆっくりとシェフとも会話しながら
楽しめました。

ディナーコースは１つで、８品

アミューズ3品
前菜2品
魚料理
肉料理
デザート2品

これに最初シャンパンで乾杯して
お任せ６杯のワインを合わせました。

アミューズと前菜の区別は微妙ですが、

魚料理の前に５品でます。

お水はガス入りをお願いしたら、ペリエが出てきました。

ほやとトマトの冷菜
珍しい食材を使いますね
暑い日だったので、一皿目には
とてもいい一品でした。
トマトの甘味とほやがよく合います。

鯉と枝豆豆腐
前菜なのでひねりがありますね
鯉は臭みもなく、ふっくらとした食感で
下の枝豆豆腐とよく合います。
器を変えたら和食って感じです。
とても繊細な味わいでした。

カブとアオリイカの冷菜
見せますねぇ、芸術的な一品です
見た目にイカの存在がわかりにくいですが、食べると食感の違いがよくわかりますね。見た目で驚き、食感を楽しむ一品です

お肉のアンサンブル？
豚、羊、鴨など色々なお肉に色々と手を加えたものが一皿に出ます

ワインと一緒に食べると、ワインがすすみますね。

すっぽんととうもろこしの温菜
旬のとうもろこしにすっぽんを組合せ、白トリフをのせてお化粧した一品です。
夏っぽいですね、それにすっぽんを使うなんて、暑さ疲れを癒す食材の使い方が粋ですね

魚料理は、
糸より鯛と茄子の煮浸し
高級魚を使いますねぇ
ふっくらとした仕上がりで
とても美味しかったです。
付け合わせが茄子の煮浸しです。
なかなか面白いですね、盛り付けもお皿一杯に広がるエネルギッシュな感じがいいですね。

肉料理は、
牛肉とかぐら南蛮
最後は落ち着いた感じで
牛肉のレア感も心地よい仕上がりでした。
付け合わせのかぐら南蛮は初めてです。
ピリ辛の小型のピーマンです
ピリ辛のところがいい感じですね
落ち着いた一品の中にも、ひねりがあります。

デザートも２品
ももとネクタリンのソルベ
果実の香りのいい一品でした

アールグレイのジェラート
コーヒー前の落ち着いたデザートでした

最後に美味しいフィナンシェを
食後酒と一緒に頂きました。

ゆっくりとワインを飲みながらだったので、４時間も

満足度100%でした

Hot soft-shelled turtle and corn dish
A dish made by combining seasonal corn with soft-shelled turtle and topped with white truffles.
It feels like summer, and the use of soft-shelled turtle is a smart way to use ingredients that soothe heat fatigue.

We use high quality fish.
With a plump finish
It was very delicious.
The garnish is boiled eggplant.
It's quite interesting, and I like the way it's presented with an energetic feel that spreads all over the plate.

Meat dishes are
Beef and Kagura Nanban
Feeling calm at the end
The rareness of the beef was also a pleasant finish.
It's my first time to have Kagura Nanban as a side dish.
Small spicy peppers
The spicy taste is nice
Even within this calm dish, there is a twist.

Peach and nectarine sorbet
It was a dish with a nice fruity scent.

earl gray gelato
It was a relaxing dessert before coffee.

A delicious financier at the end
I had it with an after-dinner drink.

It took me 4 hours while I was slowly drinking wine.

住宅街にポツンとフレンチのお店です。シェフが自ら接客もしてくれます。とても手の込んだお料理が、次々と運ばれて来ます。手が込んでいて採算が心配になります。量も男性でもかなり満足できます。油断するとデザートが出て来ます。ワインも積極的に提案いただいてストックもあります。また行きたくなります
