Superb CP washoku that doesn't take itself too seriously.

Everybody photographs the noten (head meat) torotaku maki, but other signatures include the super crisp unagi and karasumi soba. The curry shime  is also awesome!

Exceptionally good food by Makoto and his attentive team. It's Michelin grade but not overly stiff and formal. Inventive dishes with great sake pairings. Very accommodating of our minimal Japanese and made us feel welcome 👌

Everything was delicious. The service was wonderful as well. Fresh water eel and toro tuna roll are their signature dishes and worth the hype. Would love to come back again!

神楽坂の「車力門おの澤」は、国内でも非常にレベルの高い和食を堪能できる特別な一軒でした。
店内は落ち着いた和の雰囲気が漂い、丁寧な接客と、大将の気さくなお人柄で、非日常のひとときを味わえます。
一品一品がこだわりを感じさせるもので、どれをとっても完成度が高く、感動の連続でした。

特に印象に残った、という表現が難しいくらい一品一品レベルが高いです。
素材そのものの良さを活かした仕上がりで、口に入れた瞬間、繊細な旨味が広がりました。
全ての素材の持ち味を引き立てる絶妙な味付けで、日本料理の奥深さを改めて感じさせられました。

締めのお食事も素晴らしく、和食らしいお蕎麦、これも美味しい、意外なのはカレーでした。
最初から最後まで心を満たしてくれる味わいでした。
料理だけでなく、器や盛り付けの美しさにも感銘を受け、日本料理の美意識を感じることができました。

車力門おの澤は特別な日に訪れたくなるお店でありながら、肩肘張らずに楽しめる温かさも兼ね備えています。美味しさだけでなく、心に残る体験を提供してくれる、また必ず訪れたいと思わせる和食の名店でした。

``Kururikimon Onozawa'' in Kagurazaka is a special restaurant where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine of the highest quality in Japan.
The interior of the restaurant has a calm Japanese atmosphere, and with the courteous customer service and the friendly personality of the owner, you can enjoy an extraordinary time.
Each and every item was made with great care, and I was constantly moved by the high level of perfection in each item.

It's hard to express that I was particularly impressed by the quality of each item.
The finish takes advantage of the quality of the ingredients themselves, and the moment you put it in your mouth, the delicate flavor spreads.
The exquisite seasoning brought out the unique flavors of all the ingredients, making me realize once again the depth of Japanese cuisine.

The final meal was wonderful, the Japanese-style soba noodles were also delicious, and the curry was unexpected.
It was a taste that satisfied my heart from beginning to end.
I was impressed not only by the food, but also by the beauty of the dishes and presentation, and was able to feel the aesthetic sense of Japanese cuisine.
