I had very good experience at this store. The staff was super friendly and details even i was just buying something relatively cheap. He was so helpful to help me find the right one that fits my earbud thats less common in the market

I wasn’t entirely satisfied with the selection of products at this location. The variety felt somewhat limited, and it didn’t meet my expectations. If you're someone who enjoys having plenty of options to choose from, I would suggest visiting another Yodobashi Camera store. They typically offer a much wider range of products, giving you more to explore and better chances of finding exactly what you're looking for. Overall, if variety is what you seek, another branch might be a better choice.

Bought a camera. They say 10% off for tax free but when I questioned the cashier he showed they divide the number by 1.1 (x*1.1) which is not 10%, closer to 9%. The camera was 100,000Y which came to a difference of 1000Y. I decided not to argue since it was the end of the night but seems like shady business practice if they do it to all customers. i was also told no 5% discount for visa/mastercard.
Happy with the product and the salesman though.

Because of COVID, this shop is no longer attractive to foreigners.
They don’t sell latest international version of their popular white apparatus such as rice cooker. Models were 3-4 years old from before COVID.
