Oui, les frais de bouchon s'élèvent à RM 150 pour une bouteille de 750 ml de vin, champagne ou vin pétillant, et RM 300 pour une bouteille de spiritueux.

Combien de temps à l'avance dois-je commander le canard vieilli ?

Il est recommandé de précommander le canard vieilli au moins deux jours à l'avance en raison de son processus de maturation.

Les enfants de 4 à 13 ans sont acceptés à des heures spécifiques, avec un menu pour enfants disponible. Les enfants de plus de 13 ans profitent du menu régulier. Le restaurant n'est pas adapté aux bébés de moins de 4 ans.

Incredible from start to finish. First, I loved the focus on sustainability, and that nothing goes to waste from the ingredients (surprise at the end that I'm not going to spoil!). Second, a big focus on sense of place, with a huge amount of the ingredients coming from within 20km of the restaurant. My pictures speak for themselves around the quality of plating, attention to detail and mesh of different flavors.

Finally tried this 1-Michelin restaurant in Penang, overall pretty decent. There are no big ‘misses’ but neither a lot of particularly exceptional dishes save for the signature cognac & hay dry duck which delivered the wow factor for the night - the crispiest duck skin ever with perfectly done meat.

Service deserves a shoutout, delivering a very personalized and attentive experience throughout the night. Love the use of local suppliers up to the collab with @buttersagepottery

They also pay attention to sustainability and we were pleasantly surprised with the take home sausage bun at the end, made from discarded food (that Shan’t go to waste!)

We opted for both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairings, and each selection was chosen to complement the exquisite dishes. The non-alcoholic pairing was a pleasant surprise, offering inventive and refreshing alternatives that stood on their own. The atmosphere was intimate and refined, with impeccable service throughout the evening. An unforgettable culinary journey that lives up to its reputation.
