During my 5-day trip in Bangkok, I came to listen to live jazz performances for 2 consecutive days. There is such a small oasis in the noisy area. Entering from the alley and switching to the world of jazz, the performances were great, regardless of whether they are from other countries. Or the performances of local Thai musicians are all of a very high standard. The space and stage for listening to music can allow you to immerse yourself in jazz. Of course, it would be more perfect if you don't encounter loud guests. The recommended matcha flavored Cocktail was also great. I hope I can come here to enjoy high-quality music every time I come to Bangkok!

I am not sure why it is called "jazz"
First and most definitely this is no place to eat; hen, the music has very little to do with jaz. The worst is the bar's "creative cocktails" which are a mix of incompatible  cheap liquor with a serious bad test, at  the highest "tourist" pricing they can  invent. Certainly this place doesn't count-upon, nor expect repeat customers.
Overall, it was a forgettable miserable experience. The two stars are for the efforts of the staff

The evening's performance featured the remarkable duo of Natakorn Barameekasemchot on vocals and Teerapoj Plitakul at the piano. From the moment they took the stage, it was clear we were in for something special. The dimly lit space, with its warm wood accents and vintage photographs adorning the walls, provided the perfect backdrop for their sophisticated musical dialogue.

Barameekasemchot's vocal prowess is nothing short of extraordinary. Her voice, both powerful and nuanced, floated effortlessly through jazz standards and more contemporary pieces. What truly sets her apart is her ability to infuse traditional jazz vocals with subtle Thai influences, creating a unique fusion that feels both familiar and fresh. With seating for only about 40 people, every note feels personal, every musical phrase directed at you specifically.
