We had a great time at Om’s! We tried the MLM hazy IPA, pina colada sour, and mead — all three were to die for. The mead was especially tasty — like a bee’s knee’s in long form.

Prices are reasonable and the vibes were immaculate. No loud music or huge crowds; just small cozy tables, indie thai music, and board games which become even more fun under the influence ;)

A quiet residential area in a nice part of Sathorn district is an unlikely location for a craft beer bar. But Om’s is a beer bar unlike any other in Bangkok. For a start, there’s no neon sign or lights to help you find the bar. Once located, however, it is like stepping into a college common room with beer taps offering a good range of local brews that are hard to find anywhere else. The staff know their stuff and very helpful with drink suggestions. There’s a cool, low key vibe to the bar and a must visit for serious beer heads - but good luck finding the bar.

Was worth the walk off the Main Street, Mr Om welcomed us warmly, we sat at the bar and chatted as we quaffed gorgeous beer. Some people are special in the warmth and vibe they send out. Mr Om is one of them. Lovely experience. I didn’t mark food as we didn’t eat there.
