Very casual.  No door. Narrow one way street. No air conditioning (I think – we were there in November, only fans). We’ve two fried noodle plates and they’re ok. The stem of the green veggie is tender and yummy (I hope is part of the leave). It was just right for us at the right moment.

Completely deserving of the Michelin Bin Gourmand which they have held for so many years in a row. Which other Michelin-awarded eateries can be snappy and impatient, their service was still comforting and welcoming. Above all, the food was obviously exquisite with the best rad-na in town. Ballpark of THB 150 for each plate of noodles (some variances here and there) with 5THB for iced tea with unlimited refills.

Once you get there, you’ll find this unassuming eatery, that was half full at 1130AM, and comprising of locals only. It seems like a family owned business, with a grandma roaming around in sleepwear taking orders. A lady spotted us checking translations of the menu on our phone, and offered us the English menu.

Appetisers came pretty fast, and gotta say that the spring rolls are amazing! We almost didn’t order that, and no regrets that we did! Something different, something peppery, this is something I will come back for~

I had the rad-nha flat wide noodles with beef, the noodles were amazing, a lot of wok hei! Gravy is on the sweet side, as is the beef - not really to my liking, but there’s the option to add on condiments like chili flakes, vinegar and pepper for me. Iced tea is refillable, so that was a bonus. Quite a number of people ordered the wanton noodles, but we were too full to order another main to share, maybe next time!

We got there past 2pm but we were able to get the last order the crisp vermicelli, also got shrimp rolls & crab fried rice. The vermicelli was really good. Will go back next time!

Recommended by my friend, I decided to find a time for going here. A little bit walking from victory monument, I arrived the restaurant wifi is in the small valley. My friend recommended to try stirred fry big wide noodle and find it moderate. The beef is soft and easy to chew. I think the soup is a little bit to sweet and some chinese kale had  a fiber. Tea cost 5 baht but refillable. Staff is nice and eager to service.
