Dining here was like a top-quality experience of immersive theatre. It was a multi-dimensional dive into flavours, nostalgia, tradition and novelty. Deep respect for the ingredients and the food served. The staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. The flavours, textures, presentation… what a journey. Thank you very much Chef and the team! What an incredible Christmas meal.

Le Sylvestre, the latest venture by a chef with a Michelin-starred background, stands out in our culinary journey of over 20 restaurants in the past three years. The creative and uniquely flavored dishes seamlessly blend French cuisine with innovative touches from the chef. The diverse and exceptional wine menu complements the experience perfectly, and our choice of a champagne bottle added a delightful touch to the already memorable evening. Without a doubt, Le Sylvestre has earned its place in our top 3 favorite dining experiences.

The food was overpriced at €400+ per person, the service was poor - we arrived at 19:00 and they purposely slowed down our meal to be timed with people who arrived an hour later resulting in a 4 hour meal, and the somm did a bait and switch on the wine that I ordered telling me his new suggestion was the same price as what I ordered when it was double.  A terrible experience relying on the fact that we are tourist so won’t be going back.  No aspect is worthy of a Michelin star.

We went to 3 Michelin starred restaurants in Courchevel & this was my foodie son’s favorite. Intimate, emphasis on French food with some spice. Theatre similar to Chabichou. Very expensive of course.

Cuisine exceptionnelle il n’y a pas de mots.
On voit évoluer le chef d’une grande gentillesse
Par contre la salle est sans fenêtre très enfermée.
On peux y être oppressée.
