We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Royal Champagne!

The room was spacious with an excellent view overlooking the vineyards—absolutely breathtaking. The service was top-notch, and the indoor pool was large with stunning views as well.

A truly relaxing and luxurious experience, perfect for a getaway in Champagne.

Staff is wonderful and incredibly helpful. The first point of contact at the valet set the standard for the rest of our stay. You are greeted warmly and sometimes there are treats for your arrival or return at the end of a long day of drinking champagne at the many champagne houses in Reim or Epernay. Overall the location is a wonderful jumping off point for touring all of the champagne houses in the area. It is easy to find if you are driving yourself.
We had dinner at both the Michelin starred restaurant, Le Royal and the other restaurant on site, The Bellevue. Both were wonderful but dare I say the Bellevue was my favorite.
The junior suite exceeded our expectations and the welcome gift was a bottle of their very own vintage champagne as well as a few treats and fruit which was wonderful after a long morning drive from Strasbourg.
The arrival staff is very nice and show you to your room shortly after check in and give you a tour of your room before leaving. The chandeliers through out the property are beyond gorgeous as well as the overall interior of the common spaces and restaurants. The pinnacle of luxury in the Champagne region of France and cannot wait to return in warmer months and try out the spa next time.

Beautiful Hotel in a Beautiful Setting
Words will not do justice to the elegance, professionalism, decor, taste, and scenery of this hotel.
Club this with reception staff, restaurant staff, spa & gym staff, and house keeping staff and you get the PERFECT combination.
We have spent a couple of days with grandchildren in Disneyland hotel, and wanted to relax after the run around in Disney. This hotel was the choice of my daughter, and in my opinion was the right one 👍.

Nice enough but by no means a 5 star hotel. The decor is straight out of the noughties with floral feature walls everywhere. No body lotion in room which is just weird. Menu for lunch at casual restaurant and bar and the room service - very odd. No steak or chicken on menu - mini cheeseburgers and mini croques, lobster pastas at 85€… not sure who this is targeted towards.

We had the cheese plate which was good enough and a cod burger, with a side salad. Everything came out separately despite asking for all to come together.

Clean hotel & friendly staff. Dog friendly. But not 5 star luxury.

Nothing walking distance but town is an easy drive.
