We dined there with my parents as we were staying at the hotel in which it is located. We had a delightful evening. There were only 2 staff members in the dining room but they gave it all. Both were very friendly, the menu is quite short, but it was no problem to alter slightly some dishes to accommodate intolerances or dislikes of an ingredient. You could feel the staff smiling under their mask, they gave good advice on the wine, the food was delicious. It might look expensive but it was really worth it. Probably one of our best meals during our short stay in Les Vosges.

Our experience could have been good but the sommelier’s behavior ruined the whole thing. He was pretty rude and arrogant, especially to my husband. He treated us like if we were ignorant or something. We did not understand why and we were pretty shocked. For this reason, I do not recommend this restaurant. You can get a better experience and the same food quality at other restaurants in Gerardmer. It was not worth the money we spent.
