I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff, from reception to housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They truly know how to make guests feel at home, with impeccable attention to detail that elevated my experience.

The spa and hammam were nothing short of heavenly—an oasis of relaxation in the bustling heart of Paris. After a long day of exploring the city, unwinding in such a serene environment was exactly what I needed.

What truly stood out was how kid-friendly the hotel was. Traveling with children can be challenging, but the staff made it so effortless. They catered to my family with warmth and care, ensuring everyone was happy and comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that balances luxury and family-friendly vibes so seamlessly.

I stayed for an extended period, and by the end of my visit, it genuinely felt like home. Every corner of the hotel reflected their commitment to excellence, and every interaction I had showed their genuine passion for hospitality.

The hotel is adorable but my checkin experience was not ideal. I arrived at 4:00 and was told my room was not ready despite a 3:00 check in time. There was no attempt to do anything other than sorry. I had been traveling 14 hours and wanted to shower and refresh. Very disappointing start to my trip.  They were able to get me into a first floor room after I pushed back. The room itself is lovely. Hot water, high water pressure, towel warmer, fun design, great windows, products scent is light and fresh.

This is the second time I’m staying in this hotel.  I loved it so much the first time my husband and I came that when we were coming back with our baby and family I knew we had to stay here again. The staff is just lovely, the rooms are clean,  spacious and modern.  I let the staff know I’d be arriving early with my elderly mother and my toddler and they were kind enough to have a room ready for us. Not only that, my mother had a fall in her room when we happened to not be there and the front desk staff helped her. They went above and beyond to take care of her and I truly am very grateful to them. I know for all my future trips to Paris I will always return to this hotel.

I just came back from staying here and I miss it terribly already. It’s such a hidden gem of a hotel which has a train station less than three minutes walk away which gets you around everywhere! I did so much travelling on the train with my six-year-old daughter in the five days I was there and I can’t tell you how handy it is to have something just a few minutes away.
In terms of the hotel, it was lovely and clean and modern. The moment we walked in and checked in we were told we had our room
had been upgraded which was such a lovely touch and really appreciated. If you are wondering, it’s about a 25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and with the current weather being so hot it was a beautiful straightforward walk which means you get to check out Paris on the way.
Staff are very friendly and the room was cleaned without fail every single day. It has a pool and spa on the bottom floor and me and my daughter were lucky to get the pool to ourselves nearly every time we went in there which was a bonus.
I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Paris and when I come back next year, I would for sure pick this hotel. It really is the best location and value for money.

My mom and I just stayed here while we were watching Olympic events, and the stay was just incredible. The staff are all so kind and helpful. We had to change rooms twice during our stay because we wanted to stay in the Eiffel Tower Suite and it wasn't avaiable the entire length of our stay, so when I booked I agreed to moving rooms just so we could stay in that room for some of the time. When we had to move rooms, the staff moved all our suitcases and other items to the next room while we were out all day, and there were treats and a personalized note waiting each time which was really sweet.

During the stay, I purchased art that I'd need to ship home to the States, and they kept the art in storage until I was able to get home and arrange for the shipment, which I though was above and beyond assistance.

The only issue we had during our stay wasn't anyone's fault, it was just that there was a heatwave going on and the in-room AC just wasn't enough for my mom and I one night, but after that one extremely hot day all was well. We just bought a standing fan that we donated to the hotel afterwards for any future guests like us! Again, this was not the staff or hotel's fault as you can't really prepare for a heatwave that's never occurred before.

The hotel was always clean, as were all 3 rooms we stayed in, and staff was always helpful with any requests we had. Amazing hotel, amazing staff, and amazing experience. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay an incredible one, and especially thank you for the assistance with art piece. Would easily choose to stay here again!
