This review is about the art walk and lunch on the terrace which we have done twice. To do the art walk and not be worn out, you probably need to allow three hours. There is no water nor toilets on the walk, but both are available at the center.
In our view, the art walk is very interesting with good explanations of each installation. The walking path is safe and a guided tour is available. The price of admission is very reasonable. It may be possible to have them carry you to the top of the walk on a golf cart. It also may be possible to have a guided tour with the golf cart. After the walk, we had lunch on the terrace which takes no reservations. We arrived about 11:45 and had no problem being seated. Lunch for four people was about €230. The menu was primarily fruit and vegetables with the ham being the only meat we saw. The melon and ham dish is large and can easily be shared. The onion tart was for us OK. The gazpacho soup was very good. And can be ordered by itself. Service was excellent, ambience was excellent, highly recommend the entire experience.

I did the architecture and art walk and absolutely fell in love with this place!! It was so interesting to see 46 pieces of art from different artist around the world all in one place. Most of the pieces of art are outdoors but there were two exhibitions on the walk where you are able to go inside a small building to view different art. The walk is located on the vineyard so there are beautiful views during the entire walk. There were also little goats roaming around too which was adorable to see and hear their little sounds. This was easily my favorite/most memorable part of my trip in Europe.

I would definitely make sure to dedicate at least 2-3hours of your day to walk/look at all the pieces of art on the walk. I ubered to and from the chateau from Aix en Provence. It was a longer wait trying to get an uber back to Provence from the Chateau but everything still worked out fine!

We enjoyed it immensely!
A beautiful estate, with magnificent vineyards and interesting art installations dotted around the property. There is a fantastic open air terrace with nice ambience, where you can taste their lovely wine and have canapés or a light meal. There is also a proper restaurant, which hopefully we'll get to try next time we visit this area of France.
The establishment has ample free covered parking, too.
All round, very impressive and definitely worth a visit, unless you have a tight budget.

Strolling through the grounds, I was mesmerized by the thoughtful integration of art and nature, which creates a serene and inspiring atmosphere. A tip from my experience: I recommend doing the stroll before lunch, as it can get quite hot in the afternoon and half of it is uphill.

The overall ambiance and setting of Château La Coste left a lasting impression. It’s a must-visit destination for art and architecture lovers and anyone seeking a peaceful escape in Provence. The combination of art, architecture, and natural beauty makes it a truly special place.
