Everything looks amazing, but the flavors were mid at best.  Some of the dishes were downright horrible in flavor.  I know many chefs focus on esthetics, but the main focus should be on good flavors.  Overall, for the value, this experience is lacking because of the poorly executed dishes. Hopefully, they can use this feedback and improve on the flavors and esthetics equally.

Amazing! Very accommodating. Felt more low key than other Michelin star restaurants which was refreshing. The food was lovely and service impressive.

Chef Coline is simply incredible - the journey she took is with her food was simply delightful. Incredible colors, flavors, and textures. We ate as much with our eyes than we did with our tastes. We got the 3 half portions and it was quite filling as well. The service was friendly, attentive and impeccable. We got so many different amuse bouche (including with coffee) and every little bite was a revelation.

We were blown away and we definitely will be back. This is a must visit experience.

Absolutely delicious meal. The food is incredible, clearly very well thought out. The main was my favourite dish I've ever had. The service is excellent.

My wife & I absolutely loved this Michelin star culinary experience. Chef Colin Faulquier has created masterful dishes & we enjoyed every bit of the colourful, rich & flavourful journey. In particular we loved the lamb dish, the red mullet dish & the three chocolate dessert. The team also allowed us to have an excellent experience. They were very accommodating (as we barely know any French!), they provided excellent detail for each dish & were very attentive. I would highly recommend a visit if you enjoy your food!

Signature a ouvert ses portes en 2019, offrant une expérience gastronomique unique à Marseille. Rapidement, il a été reconnu pour son excellence et son innovation, décrochant sa première étoile Michelin en 2021. Ce succès a confirmé sa place parmi les meilleures tables de la ville.

Signature était un restaurant étoilé Michelin à Marseille, dirigé par la talentueuse Chef Coline Faulquier. Ce lieu emblématique a marqué le paysage culinaire de la ville avec son approche innovante et ses saveurs raffinées.

Mais l'histoire ne s'arrête pas là. En avril 2025, Chef Coline Faulquier a décidé de donner un nouveau souffle à sa carrière en rouvrant l'ancien L’Épuisette sous un nouveau nom, Auffo. Ce rebond témoigne de sa passion et de sa créativité, continuant d'enrichir le panorama gastronomique marseillais.

Malheureusement, la fin de l'aventure est survenue en février 2025, lorsque Signature a fermé ses portes. Cependant, cette fermeture a marqué la fin d'une ère culinaire remarquable à Marseille.
