We loved our stay at The Mirabell.  The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The breakfast was amazing! So many delicious options. The hotel is close to everything and is in a predominantly middle eastern neighborhood. We had excellent donner kebab and there was a place that had baklava towers! Our room was very clean and we loved the terrace, a rare find in Munich.

Pretty good on the whole but experienced soured by a few bits.

Pros:
Nice staff, very very clean room and good location close to town. Great sound proofed windows. Oh and a coffee machine downstairs!

Cons:
The worst of all - truly terrible pillows which ruined pretty much every night of sleep. Also only had one single bed blanket for a double bed. Had to ask for a second one so me and my partner had two single blankets which was a bit weird.
Pretty seedy area if that bothers you with several nearby strip clubs. And the lift takes forever.

Ioannis checked us in and helped us throughout our stay. Can’t say enough how much we appreciated his service and demeanor. Just an excelled host. Throughout our two week euro trip no one stood out more.

The hotel location was great and the rooms cozy and comfortable.

Don't be fooled by the description "double room with terrace." This was the smallest room ever and they said it was the smallest room in the hotel only after check in. There wasn't a place to put our luggage and you had to walk sideways to get around the bed. Ironically, they put a fold out luggage rack in the room but there is nowhere to put it. Bonus: Our neighbors stayed out on their balcony all night smoking weed which emanated into our room. See the bong in the photo. Do not recommend, way overpriced.

We had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was the best we had while on our trip, and the location was great.
