The place is amazing, but the only thing is the room I was in you could hear all the rooms close by, water pipes, showers going etc, the sound travels through the floors and walls very easily so a bit of an error in design and building work. Everything else is brill and the noise wasn't anything that stopped me sleeping but I can imagine if you have busy periods it's maybe going to be an issue. Big recommendation, if you are into fitness, the hotel gym is amazing and has a spin studio too. The rooftop bar and restaurant is also great - had a super steak and chips at the bar. Would have loved to give 5 stars but for the lack of sound isolation. I'll still stop here again because everything else is great and the rooms are lovely.

This was our third time staying in the hotel. We were staying for a birthday and had a great stay. The reception staff were lovely and accommodating and went beyond, and the staff upstairs in the rooftop bar were super friendly. The pool and gym staff were nice too.

The birthday card left in the room was a very nice detail and we did appreciate that. We thought the lemon tart in the bar was very tasty too. The cocktails are always good too and the barman was great at customising them.

The bathobes did cost €5 each to use however they were free to borrow the other times we visited, which is just a small difference and it would be nice to have the robes supplied for free again with the price of the room.

The hotel and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The only criticism would be of the accommodation department. There was not a good standard of cleanliness in the room, with dust and hair and stains on several surfaces. The room was cleaner than it had been other times but we do keep coming back as every other aspect of the hotel is very enjoyable. We will be back for sure.

I had a fantastic stay at The Mayson! Sharon made my stay extra special and was so kind! Delicious food and service at the rooftop restaurant. The Dyson hair dryers in the room were also a plus :)

Possibly the worst hotel experience globally. The rooms are designed by a 2 year old. No closets, no hangars, light switches hidden  behind doors, filthy floors, active dirt. The noise level is a 9/10 from the hotel bar, with its inner courtyard. All you can hear is screaming over the music, all through probably1/3 of the hotel. Service is abysmal. They do have 2 reataurants...but no priority for guests. 0 % chance of repeat stay, and i work across the river!

Honestly one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

The location is slightly out of the centre and quite a walk but they have decent bus routes which made it much easier, as well as easy access to airport transfers.

The rooms were very modern and well kept. The staff are super friendly and really helpful!

The facilities were honestly 10/10 from the gym to the leisure area like the pools, sauna and steam rooms.

The restaurant was a little pricey but the food was amazing quality.
