The staff is wonderful, helpful, and courteous. Location is very good although somewhat noisy because its proximity to the bus and ferry port.
Room was extremely small, so small we had to put a suitcase in storage and the other suitcase unfortunately blocked the access to the terrace, which had a lovely view of the beach and the port. Never could regulate the air conditioning. The room is warm during the day and the early evening and then it finally gets cold just in time to wake you up early like 3am when it’s chilly and then the pattern repeats itself.

Beautiful girl in the heart of Amalfi. Right in front of the ocean inside an old family house. It has a fantastic Michelin starred restaurant inside (Sensi). The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

We stayed one night and it was lovely! The rooms were great. The location is amazing, such a treat to hear the water lapping the shore at night. The breakfast was to die for, the croissants were exquisite, and dining on the balcony was amazing. We did not really ask the staff much, so can't comment too much on the service, but everyone was super nice. I would definitely stay here again.

My experience at Hotel Residence was good. The location was great on the ground level - you don't have to climb any stairs with your luggage - and right next to the buses and ferry terminal. For the steep price, the room could have been nicer, but the staff was very accommodating and made us more comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious and had a great seaside view.

Very conveniently located in the town center, facing the port and beach. The sunny room with a balcony had very nice views of the beach and town. Minimum service and facilities, but a good breakfast selection and houses an excellent Michelin-starred restaurant.
