Had three main courses including the “Special” of the day and they were all unexpectedly delicious. Especially the Oxtail Stew. Cooked till the meat was falling off the bones and it was still tender and delicate.

Always special to walk into a restaurant with zero expectations and walk out absolutely satisfied.

We paid 126 euros for 2 Aperols and a starter plate. It was terrible and extremely overpriced—definitely not recommended!

Wow - this place checks all of the boxes.  The hand-painted frescoes on the inside are incredible, and are only overshadowed by the superb quality of the food and the service.  The menu is thoughtful and inspired and leaves nothing to desire.  Be sure to try the chef's award-winning desserts with a glass of dessert wine once you finish your fabulous dinner.  Can't wait to come back to Rome and eat here again!

Thanks to a sudden rain and being at the doorstep we discovered this amazing place purely by chance. Decided to go for degustation fish menu that was excellent and topped up with a choice of Sicilian deserts. Except service, presentation, food and atmosphere. The owner himself is around and stops by each table to ask about the experience. Very nice touch you don't see often.

We had the Big fish 7 course taster menu with wine pairings and it was divine. Not a bad course or wine in it and well worth the money. Some wonderful flavours - would absolutely recommend. You may think that it won’t fill you but you’d be wrong! Thank you Eugene & staff 💚
