I chose this hotel after a some extensive online research. No other hotel in Rome had such uniformly exceptional write-ups and reviews. And the experience did not disappoint!!! One of my friends who is an extremely seasoned traveler said it was the best hotel she's ever stayed in. Perfect location in walking distance of everything, but being tucked into a side street, has a very charming and almost secret feel. The service was exceptional from the second we arrived in the rain and three porters with umbrellas surrounded our black car before we'd even come to a complete stop. The front desk staff greeted each of us by name throughout our stay, and helped us with numerous restaurant and tour reservations. The interior design was delicious, and worked perfectly off of the streamline moderne-style architecture. The rooftop restaurant and bar situation was the perfect spot for breakfasts, drinks or dinner, with beautiful views in every direction. The whole property was like a calm oasis smack in the midst of the energetic core of Rome.

The staff at Singer palace are so helpful and nice.  The hotel is in a great location and offers great dining facilities. We enjoyed our beautiful breakfast on the terrace each morning and had great evening drinks on the rooftop bar. It’s a beautiful hotel and you’ll definitely get looked after. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We’ll definitely stay again when in Rome. We’ll definitely recommend to our friends and family back home.

Our family of four stayed at Singer Palace for our last stop for our trip to Italy and it was awesome.  The family suite was perfect, plenty of room and enough bathrooms for everyone.  What a beautiful place and such friendly caring staff.  From entering our room to a beautiful array of treats every detail was taken care of and all of the beautiful design of the hotel was very well thought out.  We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and all the cheerful staff…the perfect way to start the day.  The location was phenomenal, so close to everything we wanted to see.  If you are going to stay in Rome, Singer Palace is a must!

Excellent, highly recommend staying here. The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. For those who do not speak Italian their English is excellent. The rooms are very nice and clean and well appointed. Loved the dining options upstairs. Very short distance to many sites. I will stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed at the Singer Palace Hotel for three nights during our honeymoon trip. The Singer was our first hotel we stayed at and it really set the bar high for our trip throughout Italy. The service was amazing— everyone was so friendly and attentive.

We loved the rooftop bar as well and the ability to book private transportation through the hotel.

The location was also good- very central and walkable.

Would easily stay here again if we come back to Rome.
