This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff was exceptional, the room was very clean and comfortable. The location is in a safe area and is a short walk to restaurants, shopping and sights. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Milan.

Exactly as expected after reading the reviews! Very friendly hotel and staff, felt authentic and had a nice atmosphere. It is true that you can hear the road and noise outside at night but that must be the same in most hotels in central Milan and any other city! Just take earplugs! The superior double room was perfect for us with our 2 year old son in a cot! Plenty of space and a very large bathroom. Clean room and comfortable beds. We were very happy with our choice for a 1 night stay :) thank you  - Tip book directly on the hotel website rather than booking.com it was cheaper.

Three Americans visiting for a long weekend and were very pleased with the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast had variety and was very good. The  rooms were clean upon arrival and cleaned by housekeeping daily. The twin beds weren’t the most comfortable but definitely good enough. About a block from the tram that would take us around the city or to the train. Would definitely stay again if given the opportunity!

We had an amazing stay at the Lancaster Hotel.  From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing.  They assisted with luggage, directions to parking and suggested sites to see.  We only stayed a single night, but definitely have this hotel on our "must return" list the next time we visit Milan.  The room exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was wonderful.

Quaint little hotel just on the outskirts of the heart of Milan. Around 15-30 minute (depending on how many people are out) walk to the major sites (Duomo, Castello, etc.) and not a bad walk to the town of Brera (home to some cool antique shops and markets!). I personally enjoyed walking through the park to get to all the sites and think the quietness of the hotel makes the extra distance completely worth it. Our room was clean and although somewhat small (which we knew ahead of time), it served us well and overall was a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and the highlight of the hotel! We looked forward to seeing them every day (:
