Outstanding! Booked for my husband's birthday celebration on our first night in Taormina. Food was absolutely beautiful and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff are so warm and friendly and our lovely server Alberto could not have done enough for us, he really made us feel welcome and special and had great knowledge of the menu and drinks. He recommended the Etna Spritz and it was wonderful. Lovely touch that they brought out a beautifully decorated plate with Sicilian Cannoli for the birthday boy and sang Happy Birthday! It's the small touches that make this is truly magical place. We are coming back next year, we will book for lunch this time as the views are spectacular. It was dark when I booked so didn't manage to experience that however we did get to see some fireworks! Thank you team Villa Carlotta and especially Alberto for a truly magnificent evening, one we will cherish forever x

Euphoria in Taormina is a must-visit! The ambiance is stunning, with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming staff. The lamb was exceptional—fresh and flavorful. Their wine selection beautifully complements the dishes, and the desserts are a perfect finish. An unforgettable dining experience I definately recommend when in Taormina!

Wow. What a delightful experience at Villa Carlotta! All of the dishes we selected were expertly crafted and brimming with flavor. We could not fault the service from Luigi, Alberto, and Stefano; they were so attentive, gave us all the right recommendations, didn’t rush the sitting, and did it all with smiles on their faces. This was one of our best dining experiences while in Sicily. The setting and views across the bay were amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant!
