The service is amazing at the hotel. Genuine service with a smile from reception to the courteous staff at breakfast and the housekeeping.

This is what makes the hotel special and I hope the service levels continue as they are.

I particularly appreciated the explanation of the city on arrival and the fresh coffee made for us at breakfast. The rooms were so clean and it’s clear the house keepers take pride in their work.

Comfortable and clean room, nice size and styling. Breakfast was good also. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the center of Florence. Ticked all the boxes for us!

This was the classiest hotel I stayed at in my entire Italy trip. For the same daily rate my stay in Rome was a dump in comparison.

You can walk to this easily from the train station. It is slightly removed from the historical center but still walkable in about 30 minutes.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of options including scrambled eggs, cereals, desserts, cappuccino, etc. However the folks attending to the breakfast were a bit unfriendly.

All in all we enjoyed our stay and recommend this beautiful place.

Fantastic value for money! We booked a family rooms for four of us. The room was spacious enough for four of us to spend our evenings after walking entire day for sightseeing. The hotel is hygienic, staff is super helpful & professional. Don’t miss out on breakfast - limited but sufficient and good quality spread. Pls note there is no room service for food but we found plenty of nice options for deliveries in Florence via app. Overall, we loved our stay, it’s super value for money and we agree with all great reviews online for Hotel Ariele.

Hotel Ariele is quite central about 11 minutes walk from the train station.
Rooms were quite large and decorated in soothing colours. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Special mention to Theo who was always on night shift during our stay . He would genuinely be checking in with us about our day and if we are comfortable in hotel . Good guy with genuine willingness to help with smile always.
