Expect modern expressions of plenty of great classics! I ordered the caesar salad and it came with grilled quail and smoked quails eggs - it's the only kinda caesar salad I want now!

There are three things that make a restaurant memorable: the food, the staff and the atmosphere. Nijeholt has scored on all three points, twice during our visit at Lauswolt.

The food was delicious and tasty, served with a smile. An extra high-five for their Covid19 safe environment. The day after a pressconference of the government they have decided to move the entire bistro within a day to another room to avoid having people to go through the kitchen. On top, they have created the same cozy atmosphere.

Sfeervolle ambiance, prima bediening, lekker eten. Maar wat ons betreft mogen ze wel wat minder zwaar koken.  Ondanks dat we alle 4 wat anders besteld hadden, moesten we daarna alle 4 zwaar aan de rennies! Last van maagzuur en erg opgeblazen gevoel..... Jammer, want dan ga je niet gauw nog een keer terwijl we wel een leuke avond hadden.

Atmospheric ambiance, excellent service, delicious food. But as far as we are concerned, they should cook less heavily.  Even though all 4 of us had ordered something different, all 4 of us had to take heavy rennies afterwards! Suffering from heartburn and a very bloated feeling..... Too bad, because then you won't go again anytime soon, even though we had a nice evening.
